Cancellation & Refund Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date with no cancellation fees. To cancel, log into your account at pethealthco.com or contact our support team at support@pethealthco.com.

Subscription Cancellations Cancellations made before your next scheduled shipment will take effect immediately. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for a return.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee If you are not satisfied with UltiBright Advanced for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your first order for a full refund — no questions asked. Return shipping is on us.

One-Time Orders One-time purchases may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, the order enters processing and cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
